AG Chairman Iqbal Z. Ahmed has been invited to speak at the CWC 13th Annual World LNG Summit and Awards Gala Evening being held in Barcelona, Spain, Nov. 27-30, 2012.
Mr. Ahmed has been asked to speak about AG’s Pakistan GasPort project and the opportunities for LNG suppliers in Pakistan, which depends on natural gas for almost half of its entire energy needs. The PGP project stands to increase natural gas availability in Pakistan by up to 15 percent.
The World LNG Summit is recognized as the foremost gathering of senior, commercially-minded LNG executives in the world and provides an opportunity to participate in discussions about the latest industry developments to shape business strategies across the world.
This year’s summit is being opened by Yasuhiro Matsuyama, director of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Division at Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry.
