Associated Group

AG has been at the forefront of meeting Pakistan’s energy needs since 1989, when it entered the country’s LPG sector under founding chairman Iqbal Z. Ahmed. Its LPG companies include Jamshoro Joint Venture Limited (JJVL), Lub Gas, and Mehran LPG, helping meet the fuel needs of domestic consumers nationwide.

Pakistan GasPort Limited, established by AG in 2017, operates Pakistan’s first greenfield LNG import, regasification and storage facility at Port Qasim, near Karachi. The company is currently striving to establish a second terminal, also at Port Qasim, as part of its commitment to addressing Pakistan’s energy needs in an energy efficient and environmentally responsible manner.

Our Projects​

Apart from its LPG and LNG interests, the Associated Group is also involved in the media sector, philanthropy, and innovative design.

A wholly owned subsidiary of PGPL, PGPC owns and operates the 750mmscfd LNG import terminal at Port Qasim, Karachi.​

JJVL is Pakistan’s largest private-sector gas processor, with a real total processing capacity of 345mmscfd.​

Founded in 1989, Lub Gas is Pakistan’s leading LPG marketing company with nationwide distribution and sales operations.​

Founded in 1997, Mehran LPG is one of Pakistan’s premier LPG marketing companies, with a nationwide network of 142 distributors.​
